The issue of whether non-Cambridge residents can run their dogs off-leash at Fresh Pond is up for some debate right now.

The medallion program you mention in your blog is on hold, but the current Cambridge ordinance says that only Cambridge residents' dogs can be off-leash there.

Thanks for reporting this. You're right. We're experiencing difficulty with the feature that allows (is SUPPOSED to allow) people to simply add a comment and click "submit."

I'm glad you decided to simply start a new thread. I did the same thing, in order to respond to you.

I've tried twice to post a comment to different topics in the forums, once today and once back in January. The Preview Comment button does not work for me and there is no (apparent--to me) way to submit a comment.
