We don't want to spread fear unnecessarily, but Jen Wright of the Cambridge Conservation Commission has told us that Fisher Cats have been spotted at Fresh Pond. These weasel-like animals have been known to attack cats and small dogs in broad daylight, so please be aware of your off-leash canine companions.
