The Sunday NY Times reports today on some high-tech products for the dog owner who has everything. Included in the story are a GPS tracking system ($599, made by Garmin), an LED safety light ($19.95, made by puplight), and a logger ($199.95, made by SNIF Labs in Boston and developed right here in Cambridge at MIT) which tracks not only how much exercise your dog has had during the day, but what other dogs he or she has met (if they also have a logger). We first saw this about a year ago, but it appears that the device will be on the market in November(according to their website).
