Petsitters International has designated June 22 as this year's Take Your Dog to Work Day! Since 1999, PSI has organized this event to draw attention to the bond between humans and dogs in hopes that more dogs will be adopted from shelters.

Check the PSI website for information about the event and tips for how to celebrate it (even in a non-dog-friendly workplace). One key point: check with your employer before bringing your canine companion to work! Note also that the T does not allow dogs (other than service dogs) to ride during rush hour.
