Discussion of proposed amendments to the City Ordinance Chapter 6 (Animal Control Regulations) to provide rules for off-leash areas.

This will be the discussion of the questions raised at the last City Council meeting about the proposed Medallion Program and other changes to the Animal Control Ordinance.

We encourage all responsible dog owners to attend.

A couple of notes for those who would like to speak at the meeting (which we encourage):

1. Please do not make any statements that can be construed as personal attacks.
2. Please do not repeat what others have said, but do feel free to give a different perspective or elaborate.
3. Please note that comments will be limited to 2 or 3 minutes and prepare accordingly so that everyone who chooses to may speak.
4. Public comment is generally not a time for question and answer- it's a time for members of the public to make statements, so please don't expect a reply at that moment.

We encourage all dog owners, walkers and friends to voice their opinions in a respectful manner at the meeting.
